Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

The short version: Your selfie is analyzed on your device. Lumi does not upload your photos to a server, and your photos are never sold or shared. Your scan history stays on your device.

1. What we collect

2. What we do NOT do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your face for advertising or facial recognition/identity matching. We do not share your photos with third parties.

3. Optional cloud features

If a future feature offers enhanced AI analysis that requires server processing, it will be clearly labeled and opt-in, and this policy will be updated to describe exactly what is sent and how long it is retained.

4. Third-party services

We use Apple (in-app purchases), Stripe (web payments), and may use an analytics/crash-reporting provider. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

5. Your rights

You can delete your local data anytime in-app. To request deletion of any account/billing data we hold, or to exercise rights under GDPR/CCPA, contact us at [support@yourdomain.com].

6. Children

Lumi is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes & contact

We'll post updates here with a new date. Questions: [support@yourdomain.com].

This is a starting template, not legal advice. Replace the [bracketed] fields and confirm it matches your actual data practices before launch. If you add server-side photo processing, you MUST update Section 1.
