1. Who we are

4. Subscriptions, free trial & billing

Lumi Pro unlocks personalized routines, progress tracking, and unlimited re-scans. Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, currently $6.99/week following a 3-day free trial (price may vary by region and over time).

Your free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
Subscriptions auto-renew for the same period at the then-current price until cancelled.
On iOS, billing and cancellation are handled by Apple through your App Store account settings. On the web, billing is handled by our payment processor (Stripe); manage or cancel from the link in your receipt or by contacting us.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse-engineer it, resell it, or upload content you don't have the right to use. You are responsible for the photos you submit.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of your photos. See our Privacy Policy for how images are handled (on-device analysis where possible). You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
