What ExactKB is

ExactKB is a free, browser-based tool that compresses and resizes images and PDF documents to user-specified file sizes and dimensions. Processing happens entirely on your device.

Requirements can change — verify officially

Preset values (file sizes, dimensions, formats) reflect requirements as commonly published by the relevant portals at the time they were added. Governments, examination boards, and portals change their requirements without notice. Always verify the current requirements against the official notification, bulletin, or portal before submitting an application. ExactKB is provided as a convenience and is not a guarantee that any portal will accept your file.

No affiliation

ExactKB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, examination board, immigration authority, or company mentioned on this site (including but not limited to UPSC, SSC, IBPS, NTA, JAMB, Teletalk, USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, UKVI, IRCC, or the Department of Home Affairs). All names are used solely to identify which published upload requirements a preset targets.

Acceptable use

You may use ExactKB only with files you have the right to process, and only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to prepare fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents or photographs.

No warranty

ExactKB is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of ExactKB are not liable for any loss arising from use of the tool, including rejected applications, missed deadlines, or data loss. Your sole remedy is to stop using the tool.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
